Tickets
Audience tickets can be purchased from the Sub Rooms at Music for Youth Gloucestershire | What's On | The Sub Rooms
Tickets: £7 (this includes a £1.50 booking fee), under 18s go free.
Anyone who is attending both concerts will need a ticket for each concert.
Signing-in
All students will need to sign-in in the George Room downstairs when they arrive and will stay there until it is time to go on stage, along with members of staff. The bar area upstairs will also be used for some of the smaller groups to leave their bags and cases – this will be signposted on the day. When students are not performing, they will be able to watch the rest of the concert from the balcony.
All students will need to sign-out in the George Room before they leave the Sub Rooms.
Free time
For any students who are in both concerts, they will have some free time between the concerts. We advise bringing your own food & drink and staying on site, we have rooms available for free time and our staff will be there to supervise. If students do wish to leave site, they will need to be signed out by a parent / carer or any students over 11 will be allowed to leave site in groups of at least 3 providing they have been given permission to do so by a parent / carer – this permission will have been given when you signed up in September.
When arriving at the Sub Rooms, our performance licence states that children under 16 need a parent / carer to sign to say that they are ‘fit to perform’ that day so please ensure an adult comes in with your child to sign this box.
For info, there is a small café on site which will be open to the public 12 – 6pm that day and the venue is very close to many places in Stroud town centre.
Concert dress
Your group director will confirm your dress code, please arrive in your concert dress.
Parking
There is no parking at the Sub Rooms but there are plenty of nearby car parks in Stroud, some of which are free on Sundays.
