County Music Service Opens its doors!
Gloucestershire Music (LA Music Service) is reaching out the musicians (new and old) from across the County. With no less than 16 weekly music centres, groups, orchestras and adult ensembles there are opportunities for musicians of all ages and levels to play, progress and perform.

Across the Pond Music from the UK to the USA
Come and listen to the great sound the concert band. Across the Pond will be performed by over 80 community musicians from the Gloucestershire Youth Wind Orchestra and Gloucestershire Symphonic Wind Orchestra.

Music for Youth Regional Festival March 2017
On 4th and 5th March 2017, youth music groups of all types, sizes and genres came together to perform on the impressive stage at the Cheltenham, Town Hall. This two day event was one of many regional festivals that are held between February and April each year covering the whole of the UK.

National Children's Choir of Great Britain - audition applications open
Auditions are for entry into both the Junior Choir (upper voices age 9 – Year 9) and the Senior Choir (SATB, girls Year 10+ and boys with changed voices). The choirs meet twice a year, at Easter and in the summer, for 6 day residential courses.

LEAP Ensemble join BMC senior groups
As a taster for our up-coming Out of this World! course on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th April at Sir Thomas Rich's School, Richard Shrewsbury, George Kirkham and Jeremy Clay brought enthusiasm and inspiration to the sessions, resulting in fabulous music-making and smiles and laughter all-round.
