Gloucestershire Music groups

Looking for a place where you can make music with others, improve your musical skills, take part in concerts and other exciting musical experiences? Join one of our music groups, based at four music centres across the county - at just £5 per session (half price if you're on a low income - see form for details) it's great value too.

There's nothing quite like the experience of playing in an orchestra or band. Gloucestershire Music's music groups offer you a chance to rehearse and perform with others, make new friends and improve your playing. Find out more about the benefits of making music in a group.

Some offer a starting point for a young person's experience of playing in our groups, others, our 'county music groups' are for more advanced players. Our groups are based at music centres  and are great value, working out at around £5 per week (half price if you're on a low income - see form for details).

Where are they based?

Groups meet on a regular basis outside of school hours - often Saturday mornings - and most are based at local schools.

Use the buttons to the left to find out about the different types of groups you could join, or use the TouchBass search tool to find out about other groups, tutors, workshops and more, run by other people and organisations, and see the latest 'out of school hours activities' video below
